Losts items

If you lost an item, the best way to retrieve it is to contact the driver. To contact the driver please:

  1. Tap “MENU”
  2. Tap “HISTORY”
  3. Tap “RIDE DETAILS”
  4. Tap “I lost an item”

After this process we will get in touch with the driver and let you know.

Please note that if your lost item is found, a $15 lost item fee will be charged.

Our drivers are independent contractors and we charge a “lost item fee” to compensate our drivers for their lost time. Drivers will keep 100% of the “lost item fee” after processing fees.
